Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) Dyersville Senior Center is open Monday through Thursday for meals. Meals are served each day at 11:15 a.m. Pick-up meals are available from 11-11:30 a.m. If you are interested in receiving a meal, please call 1-800-779-8707 to reserve your meal 24 hours in advance. Euchre is played every Tuesday from 9-11:15 a.m.

All menus are written and approved by a dietician and provide one-third of the recommended daily allowance.

Meals through Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging are offered on a contribution basis for people over 60 years of age. Actual cost for the meal is $8.10. People under 60 must pay the actual cost.

Wednesday, Oct. 5 — Potato crusted fish, tartar sauce, cheesy whipped potatoes, carrots and fresh seasonal fruit.

Thursday, Oct. 6 — Oven fried chicken, chicken gravy, baby red potatoes, green peas and fruited gelatin.

Friday, Oct. 7— Spaghetti casserole, capri vegetable blend and warm lemon cake.

Monday, Oct. 10 — Hamburger steak, gravy, mashed red potatoes, carrots and blondies.

Tuesday, Oct. 11 — BBQ rib patty, hamburger bun, baked beans, mixed vegetables and fresh seasonal fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 12 — Chili, baked potato, margarine, sour cream, whole kernel corn, cinnamon sugar cookies and chocolate milk.

Serving Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Cost: $6. Take-outs available at 11 a.m. Menu subject to change. 920-2721.

Wednesday, Oct. 5 — Scalloped potatoes, corn, salad and dessert.

Monday, Oct. 10 — Goulash, peanut butter sandwich, carrots, cottage cheese or fruit and bars.

Wednesday, Oct. 12 — Meatloaf, potatoes, creamed peas, Jell-O and dessert.
